Manger Consultant – Sogeti USA (February 2011 – Present)
- Elected by peers as founding member of Consultant Advisory Board that was created to to provide a communication channel to senior management. Primary author of charter.
- Technical Lead & Architect for 6 month project at Baldwin & Lyons Insurance to redesign their web presence and develop a portal so customers could manage insurance claims and certificates of insurance. The final system integrated with legacy and modern systems of record.
- Business Analysis at Rolls Royce responsible for designing a system with new business processes, in order to automate one of their business units custom job shop’s work management procedures.
Senior Consultant – Ambassador Solutions (July 2009 to February 2011)
- Chosen by management team as lead for strategy improvement focus group.
- Enacted cultural change by leading management to form employee company improvement focus groups.
- Participated in 3 solo projects and 3 team projects in the first 12 months of employment.
- Created and implemented content management strategy for Midwest ISO website redesign to manage 40,000 documents in highly regulated industry. Focused on Taxonomy, Document Management as well as custom development.
- Drove a critical sale on NCAA account that was stagnant for 6+ months prior to involvement.
- Eliminated 40 hours of man labor per quarter for headquarter staff, and many more for international representatives at Eli Lilly Global Payers division by creating a sales tracking application.
- Placed at RealMed for 3 months and gained further understanding of the medical billing cycle, and Electronic Data Interchange.
- Delivered presentations on Web 2.0, Taxonomy, Search, Records management and Ad Hoc business intelligence implementation.
Consultant – Crown Partners (July 2007 to July 2009)
- Responsible for all sales demo’s for Crown’s SharePoint products
- Founding member of Crown’s SharePoint Practice.
- Delivered highly customizable enterprise wide document management solution for George Washington University that was configurable for the unique needs of each department and.
- Architected and implemented Content Management System and for portion of Catalina Marketing’s eMarketing solution and integrated it with distributed service oriented architecture while ensuring HIPPA compliance.
- Sold and implemented RFP management system for Pearson Publishing
Associate Director of IT – Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity – January 2007 to April 2007
- Generated comprehensive user requirements and technical specifications documents for a web application.
- Generated implementation plan for application in ASP.Net 2.0.
- Server Administration: maintained and restructured Windows 2003 Server Environment: Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, MS SQL Server, etc.
- Technical Support: Provided help desk support to 30 clients, 15 of whom were mobile.
Educational Leadership Consultant – Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity – July 2006 – January 2007
- Traveled more than 30,000 miles to over 30 different college campuses meeting with the organization membership, alumni, and university officials.
- Developed strategic action plans to minimize risk while increasing membership and developing leaders.
- Wrote comprehensive reports detailing the action plan for each chapter.
- Conducted over 50 presentations to audiences as large as 80.
- Evaluated the performance of officers at each chapter.
- Facilitated multiple workshops at conferences with as many as 700 participants.
