About

Andy is a photographer, entrepreneur and applied technologist. Technology is great, but really, shouldn’t it be great because its making life better, easier, or helping you be more creative. Professionally, in the community and in his personal life, Andy crafts creative applications of technology.

The Work World

Andy founded Story Album Photography and is an IT Consultant currently employed by Sogeti USA. Story Album Photography provides photographic services for individuals and businesses and aims to tell stories with each photograph. As an IT consultant he provides IT, strategy, project direction and leadership consulting to his clients that range from local “Mom & Pop shops” to large Fortune 500 companies, in a wide range of industries including medical, high tech, manufacturing, financial, insurance and educational institutions.

Technically, he provides Microsoft SharePoint solutions, but also works with Open Source CMS platforms and is of course, a self professed Apple fan boy. His strategy work usually focuses on web communication strategies that build communities that are formed with social media.

Tactically, he does process management, communications and document management modernization. He believes in eliminating wasteful meetings, emails and communication, so that it frees up people to collaborate effectively, getting rid of bottle necks and paperwork that keep companies from doing amazing things and capturing information that provides insights for customers.

The Community

Andy is a Freemason and Triathlon Coach for Team In Training. He is a member of Millersville Lodge #126.
